Bikes & Bourbon

JT MH motorcyclesBy Maggie Hallam, CGPR Assistant Account Executive and Digital Strategist

In early August, Jenna and Maggie from our team embarked on a five-day, Midwestern road trip with the Rebel Yell Bourbon crew in support of Rebels Uncaged, a nationwide sweepstakes where later this year four people will win a custom motorcycle built by a nationally recognized motorcycle builder (Analog Motorcycles, Chicago, Ill.; Classified Moto, Richmond, Va.; Gasser Customs, Hollywood, Calif.; and Revival Cycles, Austin, Texas).

Beginning in St. Louis, the four motorcycle builders drove their bikes all the way to South Dakota, stopping in Kansas City, Mo.; Council Bluffs, Iowa; and Sioux Falls, S.D., before ending in Sturgis, where the motorcycles were on display at the Sturgis Buffalo Chip motorcycle rally.

Each stop along the way featured a Rebels Uncaged event at a local Hy-Vee, in partnership with a local food bank, where the public was invited to check out the motorcycles up close, meet the builders, sample Rebel Yell Bourbon, enter the motorcycle giveaway, and make a donation to benefit the food bank.

In addition to helping set up and staff each event, our team secured media coverage in each of the five markets, with Jenna and Maggie even appearing in a few TV and radio interviews along the way, as Rebel Yell brand ambassadors. Check out their interview with¬†Omaha’s The Morning Blend¬†here:

Hats off to unforgettable experiences and a successful Rebels Uncaged ride to Sturgis (even despite a tornado that touched down near the event in Council Bluffs). On to the next client adventure!
