Cheers to a Rockin’ Year!

The Common Ground team was rockin’ around the Christmas tree at our holiday party earlier this month!  We had a blast celebrating a successful 2017 with our clients, friends and family.

Music Record Shop’s trendy and cozy 303 space at the .ZACK was the perfect spot to toast to 2017.  We browsed the record shop’s expansive vinyl collection spanning across all genres and picked our favorites for the DJ to spin throughout the evening – from Mariah Carey’s “All I Want for Christmas Is You” to Michael Jackson’s “Billie Jean.” While some of us sang and some of us danced, it’s safe to say everyone enjoyed the delicious custom cocktails shaken and stirred by STL Barkeep, featuring our favorite St. Louis-owned spirits.

In fact, the cocktails were such a hit, we want to share the wealth. If you’re hosting a holiday party and need drink inspiration, we give the following recipes two thumbs up!

Packin’ Heat:  Rebel Yell Kentucky Straight Bourbon, Rosemary, Habanero & Lemon Juice

Blonde Cuban:  Exotico Blanco Tequila, Cuban Oregano, Lime & Topo Chico

Puttin’ on the Spritz:  Pearl Vodka, Mint, Lime & Topo Chico

All in all, the CGPR 2017 holiday party gave us a chance to celebrate a great year with our clients. We are grateful to work with awesome companies and organizations, doing what we love each and every day.
